Anjolay Hernandez, Co-Founder of Zephyr Elliot, is the in-house operations manager and interior designer. Anjolay’s multicultural roots - she is Mexican, Honduran, Trinidian and African-American, are an integral part of her design aesthetic and ability to create beautiful spaces that are welcoming to all. Anjolay manages the day to day operations and logistics that keeps the salon’s business running smoothly and stylists happy. As an artist, trained barber and stylist - she can anticipate and address client needs, promote the services of the salon, and problem solve any issue collaboratively with her team. Anjolay’s goal is to create an amazing experience for both clients and stylists by building a high performance and creative environment that inspires and encourages all.
